Welcome to the Thurmont Virtual Tour, an online experience that introduces you to the historic heart of Thurmont, Maryland. This tour highlights eleven landmark buildings in the downtown district along with several nearby attractions that help tell the broader story of the region. Many of the downtown sites can be entered virtually, giving you a closer look at the architecture, history, and character that define the town.
