For most properties, we are in and out of your listing within 60 minutes and deliver edited photos within 24 hours.
Video Walkthrough
A video walkthrough is a great way to show home buyers the layout and flow of a house, understand how rooms connect and display unique features of the space. A high-end video will raise the perceived value of the house. Full length and social media short-formatted styles are available.
At no additional cost, agents may choose to appear on camera at the house for a brief personal introduction and description of the home as an intro.

We scan and deliver a floor plan with measurements, labels, and representations of fixtures like sinks, counters, washing machines, and fireplaces.

For a small fee, add aerial still photos and include aerial video clips into any video requested.

I fly a small drone outside and through the property for a dramatic continuous shot. Great for larger homes with open spaces and dramatic exterior views.
